Double wall construction with inner S.S 304,all these sheets are argon welded & Outer chamber made of high quality S.S 304/ M.S sheet duly powder coated.  Electrically heated by means of I.S.I quality Immersion heaters with working pressure 15PSI.Hydraulically dye pressed Lid from S.S Plate with, easy pedal lifting device, having pressure gauge, two nos; safety valve, quick release coupling& handle with heater cover stand.  Water level arrangement cut off buzzer system and S.S perforated basket supplied along with unit on free of cost.

Triple walled unit, inner & outer made of S.S 304 all these joints are argon welded.  Mounted horizontal on a sturdy, heavy mild steel tubular stand duly powder coated.  Pressure is adjustable from 10-20psi. Fitted with pressure gauge, safety valve and steam release valve.  The units fitted with S.S. Boiler and separate valves for injecting the steam into the main chamber and releasing the steam in atmosphere after use are provided.  Automatic vacuum breaker is provided to break the vacuum in case of formation of vacuum due to steam condensation.  Fitted with a Digital Temperature Indicator to indicate inner temperature, Automatic Pressure Control switch and Automatic Low Water Level cut-off Device. Lid is made of S.S plate provided with radial locking system, without steam jacket.
