Is made of double-walled units. Outer chamber is constructed with thick high grade sheet duly pre-treated with primers and painted with stove enamel ensuring long lasting and rust proof performance. The inner cylinder is made of heavy gauge welded steel sheet. These cement autoclave is air insulated form inside and in l glass wool insulation is provided. These units are equipped with strong locking lid which is made of thick stainless steel plate to provide better safety while operating the machine and mounted on a sturdy supporting frame. The pressure inside is controlled by digital temp. controller (PID). Pressure gauge and spring-loaded safety valve is also provided. These units come after passing hard research and testing procedure. To deliver long lasting and durable equipment our cement autoclave units are tested up to 2.5 times the normal working pressure.
