Its outer chamber is made of thick gauge mild steel. A three way valve or a multiport valve that is also made of S.S. is also provided in order to control the sterilization cycle.

The pressure control device is especially incorporated in all the electrically operated sterilizer. It also helps in saving the consumption of power and also reduces the continuous opening steam release value. Further, it also prevents the release of the steam in room.
