- The compacting rolls are designed to provide a uniform force Distribution to produce granules of equal quality.
- The roll surface is designed to prevent power slippage.
- The Slide seal is forced against the roll side so that the percentage of uncompacted power that leaks by, is kept extremely low.
- A scraper is mounted at the bottom of the roll to scrape off power sticking on the roll.
- The hopper and feed screw are designed to lift up for easy dismantling and cleaning.
- To prevent an accident the compacting rolls are designed to rotate backwards while cleaning
- For safety purpose, an Emergency stop Button is provided on the machine.
