double wall construction outer made of mild steel sheet duly powder coated.  the inner chamber made of mild steel sheet, aluminium painted finish [heat resistant] with thick glass wool insulation, air inlet and exhaust for removal of moisturizer.  the temperature is controlled by micro processor based digital temperature controller cum indicator [led] from ambient +5°c to 250°c having an accuracy of +/-1°c.  the unit is equipped with 1/70hp motor [single phase] to support fan for getting uniform temperature inside the working chamber and 12 nos non-perforated aluminium trays[size:32”x16”x1. 25”w x d x h].   the door has limit switch to disconnect power supply to heaters when the door is opened.
