The main unit consists of two different circuits for R-134 and R-22.R-22 circuit consists of an air-cooled condenser with cooling fan and its speed regulator expansion devices (expansion valve along with solenoid valve and capillary tube) rotameter as flow measuring device, separate two row cooling coil and 1 h.p. Compressor. The R-134 circuit consist of an air-cooled condenser, capillary tube water immersed evaporator and 1/3 h.p. Compressor. Energy meter, voltmeter, ampere meter, digital temperature indicator with thermocouples, anemometer is for measurement of velocity of air in the duct, exhaust type fan used for air flow system, pressure gauges, high pressure cut out, thermostat, filter dryer and hand shut off valves etc. are provided.
