SPECIFICATIONS:

• Useful for self-relaxation & Meditation
• GSR value displayed in K-Ohms.
• Sensitivity in 3 steps-2, 5 & 10 %.
• Mains operated.
• Red ,Green lights for feedback response
• Plug the main lead into 220 v AC mains.
• Switch on the main switch fixed in back side.
• Fix the valcro electrodes on the first two fingers.( Fingers should be neat & clean ) .
• Balance the lights at yellow pattern with balance control.
• Select the lower sensitivity value ie 2.
• Subject is asked to achieve the full green pattern by making his mind relaxed in the eye closed position.
• Buzzer gives an alarm after achieving full green pattern,& if the subject sits in eye open position then you can say him/her to relax in the way to achieve full green pattern or practice to achieve zero value 
• After responding favorably at lower values of sensitivity , it can be increased step by step & the same practice is asked to be done by the subject.
• In this way the subject will start relaxing & hence will remain relaxed for long hours.
• Remove the electrodes & keep the machine off.
